Dear Sunday Street Supporter, |
| Here are a few important updates Hours: the first Sunday Streets will be from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by the Fisherman's Wharf Community Benefit District's Fitness, Health and Safety Fair at Aquatic Park from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Pier 39 will have live music from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the main entrance to the Pier. We encourage you to come out and play, and continue your Sunday at Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf. Sunday Streets May 10- September 6 events will start at 10:00 am and continue until 2:00 pm each day. |
| New Partners join the Sunday Streets movement! We are excited to announce our media partnership with the San Francisco Examiner, which will be doing a special pull out feature in their Health Beat section each Thursday prior to Sunday Streets. This will include the route map, schedule of activities and other features. Clear Channel Entertainment is donating outdoor space and radio time to help reach audiences across the entire Bay Area. Generous support from financial partners provides essential funding to continue Sunday Streets at no cost. Supporters include: Webcor Builders, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield, Lennar, Parsons Brinkerhoff, Warren Hellman and grants from Bay Area Air Quality Management District, PG & E and Shape Up SF. |

| Want to get involved? Here's how: This year the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition is proud to be organizing volunteers for Sunday Streets. If you haven't had a chance to already, help make Sunday Streets better than ever as volunteer staff. A free lunch and t-shirts are provided to all volunteers, and there is a special treat for any volunteer who helps on five dates or more.
