One of my favorite things about Fall is the start of the football season! While I love the 49ers, there is no greater joy than watching people at CPC get connected to community and then see them serve in a ministry area. Did you know that the mission of Central Peninsula Church is to make and mature more followers of Christ? Reaching new people for Christ and developing them into fully committed followers of His is what we're about.

But how does this happen?

We believe that part of fulfilling our mission includes growing in Christ and serving the church Body. Each of us has the privilege of getting involved and participating in Jesus' kingdom work, rather than sitting on the sidelines watching the game. God has shaped each one of us to make a unique contribution to the church and His kingdom. Are you in some type of small group? Are you serving somewhere?

On two Sundays, August 22 and 29, we are going to showcase every opportunity we have at CPC to grow in Christ and serve Him. Don't miss these Sundays—but more importantly, don't miss an opportunity to get into the game!
