I want to make sure you don't miss out on this class, so I'm giving you a sneak peek at the first week's lesson on STRETCHING:

Every workout begins with a good stretch.

Take a moment and stretch your body now.

The Physical Purpose is our bodies and the good habits we develop to preserve them. Daily stretching not only feels good but it can help relieve stress and is grounding. While you stretch, visualize yourself as a tree, or your favorite animal or bird, or a mountain, rock or body of water. Change it up every day.

Let's also stretch our other Purposes:

Inner - passion, instinct, coping skills - self-gratification
Analytical - intellect, ego, curiosity - self-definition
Relational - love, peace, integration - self-acceptance
External - creativity, societal interaction, gratitude - self-expression
Higher - wisdom, spiritual connection, hope - self-knowledge
Reflective - seeing ourselves and the "big picture" - self-reflection
