PhotoVoice Newsletter

December 2016

Hello and welcome to our December newsletter!

This month on #GivingTuesday - the day to do good stuff for charity, we launched our first ever crowdfunding campaign. By pledging on our page, you are not only supporting our vital work but will also receive one of our fantastic rewards, including signed prints by renowned photographers, portfolio reviews with industry experts or photography equipment. We will be updating you with new rewards, kindly donated by individuals and companies that support PhotoVoice and we are already pleased to announce that Sarah Moon, Martin Parr and Tom Stoddart amongst many others have donated beautiful prints to the campaign.

In other exciting news, details of our discussion panel at January’s London Art Fair, our Ten Questions series continues with Peter Dench, and an update about our recent exhibition of the PhotoVoice project ‘Having Our Say 3’ at the Lumen Church and Community Centre in Bloomsbury and ONO pledges £1 from every camera it sells to PhotoVoice

The PhotoVoice Christmas Appeal

We are very excited to announce that we have launched a crowdfunding campaign. 85% of our income goes on our projects and communications work, and charities everywhere are facing hard times, funding is harder and harder to get. We need your help to continue our work supporting people to share their own stories through photography.

Check out our page - you could join Nick Danziger’s photography and writing workshop, get an Olympus camera or a signed print by a renowned photographer.
