LPO - Search for bookings
The LPO entry is perfect for when you want to search for bookings made within your office. You can narrow down the search to find bookings made on a particular airline and with travel on certain dates.
Here is an example:
LPO/A(XY)D(05JAN-10JAN) ... find all bookings on airline XY for travel within 05Jan-10Jan LPS/PS ... shows the list of all LPO’s and status (pending, processing or complete)LPS/D1 ... will show pnrs when complete (D1 refers to line1 on LPS/PS list).
If you would like to place the pnrs on a queue, you can amend step1 to LPO/A(XY)D(05JAN-10JAN)-Q33 . This will place the bookings on Q33, please make sure the queue being used is active and contains no other pnrs.

Don't forget to check Queue 3
You may or may not currently use Queue 3 for Options, but it is recommended that you check this Queue regularly. Why?
We've noticed that some airlines are placing PNRs onto travel agent's Queue 3 by inserting an OP (option) element. So please check Queue 3 if you don't already do so.
