What we tried to do was make the site more user friendly, specifically to make it easier for you to search specific areas and see what is available to purchase. How did we do? So far it has been a pretty busy summer. While sales are hard to close and negotiations are taking some time, deals are getting done. I remain pretty optimistic about the fall season. Certainly it will be a lot stronger than last year.
