Market Update

Inquiries continued but showings were down over the past couple of weeks.  The weather here in Bethany has been absolutely glorious which may be one of the reasons.  As noted before, the beach market does not suffer from the kind of forced sales and short sales that we see in other markets.  Nevertheless, there are a few even here which are providing some outstanding opportunities for smart buyers right now.  We see such opportunities in most locations.  Call us at 800-851-8997 and we can point out some examples.
