"II is better than I": Micropure II filters replace Micropure generation I
Responding to a growing demand by consumers for antibacterial products, the "Micropure II" line of Precoat filters inhibit the growth of bacteria. As water passes through the filter, the carbon adsorbs chlorine, off-tastes and odours, while the AgION works to inhibit any potential bacterial growth. Everpure’s "Micropure I" Precoat systems have been replaced by "Micropure II" as the highest standard of excellence.

WaterCare & Sustainability: Improving Water Footprint in Commercial Refrigerators
Refrigerators are one of the most important appliances in any commercial kitchen. Refrigerators preserve food at low temperatures to prevent bacterial growth and keep the food safe. This process requires the removal of heat from the refrigerator’s interior to the surrounding environment through a process known as the refrigeration cycle. The refrigeration cycle requires energy to compress the coolant using a compressor. The compressed coolant in turn absorbs heat when allowed to expand through an evaporator. This process cycles continuously.
