FFT Wins Government Security News (GSN) Award
FFT’s latest perimeter protection product, Secure Zone™, has been
recognised at an awards ceremony held during ISC East in New York City,
receiving the Government Security News Award for ‘Best perimeter
protection product (excluding video)’.

FFT Bigger & Better at Recent Trade Shows
If you attended the recent ASIS show in Anaheim or ISC East held in New
York, you would have noticed the new stand put together by FFT's US
operations staff. The new stand was specifically designed to better
showcase the full range of FFT's leading intrusion detection solutions.
The stand featured multiple intrusion detection systems available for
demonstration at separate workstations, plus multiple product videos
running.

Treasurer & Minister for ICT, John Lenders Visits FFT
FFT’s Australian headquarters in Mulgrave was recently visited by the Hon. John Lenders, Treasurer and Minister for Information and Communication Technology.
The Minister was shown a presentation on FFT’s capabilities, its groundbreaking fibre optic technology and the role its products play in intrusion detection and security of critical infrastructures. In addition, the Minister heard about FFT’s success in the export market.

FFT Wins Victorian Government Export Award
Future Fibre Technologies’ export success was recognised with two separate awards at the 2009 Governor of Victoria Export Awards ceremony, held last Wednesday in Melbourne. FFT was winner in the Small to Medium Manufacture section and commended in the Innovation Excellence category.

award on behalf of FFT from the Governor of
Victoria, Professor David de Kretser A.C.
“Future Fibre Technologies feels very honoured to accept these awards. They recognise the achievements of the full FFT team over the years, as well as our global partners and customers. These awards validate our belief in our great team’s achievements in customer support, market development and product development”, FFT’s CEO Rob Broomfield said.

FFT at Intersec 2010
In its continuing commitment to establishing a strong presence in the
Middle East region, FFT will be present at the 11th Intersec
Conference in Dubai in early 2010.
“InterSec will be the ideal place for FFT to showcase its line of advanced intrusion detection systems and to ascertain successful business networks with industry leading experts” says Adam Wilding Webb, FFT’s MENA Regional Manager.
In addition, visitors to Intersec 2010 will also get an exclusive look at FFT’s new product that will be officially launched at the Conference.
