EXACTLY HOW DOES THE TRIAL WORK?

If you have just started your 7 day trial of Momentem, here's the good news. You are now trialling our full service and you have unlimited use of it, so use it to its full extent.

The even better news is that when your trial is over, if you decide to subscribe there's no software to re-install, no license key to type in, and nothing changes, you just carry on using it with no interruption in service.

The next section explains how you sign up.


WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF MY TRIAL? HOW DO I PAY?

If you are in your 7 day trial period, you will recall that when you downloaded the app we didn't ask for any payment information. So don't be surprised when the 7 days is over to receive an email from us asking you to sign up!

If you don't want to continue, just ignore our emails and your account will be deleted a few days later.

Our regular monthly fee is $8 per month (US dollars). When it's time to pay, we welcome payment via PayPal or credit card, and we accept all currencies. We will bill you automatically every month but you can log in and cancel at any time. You can also choose to pay annually in advance if that suits you better.

So, watch out for the email inviting you to sign up, and 9 minutes later you will be a subscriber of our great service with its guaranteed ROI!

Those pop-ups at the end of calls are your chance to make more money or become more organized, so it's worth mastering them.

Our guides will help you to set up the app, learn how to manage the pop-ups after each important call, start booking your calls and emails to clients and projects, and will show you how to get the Excel reports out of the system. It's those reports that will make you more money!

A FEW MORE TIPS AND TRICKS

1) our app learns as it goes. You don't need to sync your phone book because you build your contacts on the fly. You can set it not to pop up at all for certain numbers. You can even let pop-ups go automatically to your Not Now list for processing later. So those pop-ups aren't as annoying as you might think at first!!

2) if you don't like the pop-ups, we have a background tagging option. Go into the Configuration, and Tagging Options, then choose to set the pop-up timer to 0. then all your calls simply go into your Not Now list for processing later.

3) you get unlimited on-demand Excel reports whenever you need them. Try it now; open our app, click on My Reporting, generate a spreadsheet and watch it appear in your inbox within minutes. See how valuable that data can be!

4) you can change the default currency from dollars to pounds or euros from within the "UI and Language" section of the app's Configuration menu

HOW DO I CANCEL?

If you don't like our app and want to cancel, there are a few things you should know.

Firstly, you could take 10 minutes to learn how it works before giving up. Our users recover a ton of extra money by tagging their calls, could you do the same?

If not, you should also remember that new users get a 7 day free trial so you can take your time to find the benefits.

And you can cancel at any time, there's no contract.
