Parent Update

April 17, 2018

ANNUAL APPEAL- THANK YOU

On behalf of myself, Fr. Damian, and Fr. Jack we would like to thank all those who donated during our Annual fundraising campaign to support our school and update our auditorium sound system. Thanks to the generous contributions of many members, we reached (and surpassed) our goal, raising over $25,000! These funds have not only helped ensure an upgraded sound system, but also the Planetarium assembly for our students, and indoor volleyball nets.

You have made this Annual Appeal one of our most successful endeavors. You, our supporters, are a key part of ensuring successful operations at Good Counsel, as you contribute in so many ways to the daily tasks and activities.

From all of us at Good Counsel, thank you for helping to improve our school!

-Fr. Damian, Fr. Jack, Dr. Chiarelli

OLGC’s 8th Grade Battle of the Books team represented our school very well at the county competition last week.  Seventeen teams met at Olson Middle School in Tabernacle, and our team placed fourth in a very close competition. In fact, the team was only 2 points from third place. Congratulations to our 8th grade readers: Dean Damato, Kiera Songhurst, Gabrielle Adams, and Bernadette Carney!
