A Father's Heart Expressed
(written by Angie Glasser, Office Manager)

Yesterday Jeremy Brown, father of a freshman Harrisburg High School son who has a discipleship group that meets in their home, wrote these words on his Facebook page:

"I've watched teenage young men the last couple weeks pour into each other, outreach together and bring other teens to Christ by being who they are and being coached and discipled by Collision and Jonathon Setzer. Every week they’ve met, a new person has come to Christ. They reach out to their peers, they encourage each other and they plan every week how they will impact their school. They ask hard questions that I never started asking myself until I was 30! This is the solution for bringing up the next generation! Community, God's Word and teaching then how to deal with challenges all teenagers face and not running from them or pretending they aren’t there. I can’t say thank you to Collision enough for pouring into these teens! #keepmovingforward #sfsd #teens #parentsofteens #discipleship"

Praise God for the impact students in our community are having on others through their relationship with Jesus Christ, encouraged through community and accountability.

Praise:

Washington High School Collision students delivered the blankets they made to those less fortunate yesterday. We praise God for the relationships they made this summer with those in Sioux Falls that they could bless yesterday.

Praise God for the relationships He is establishing in our community among students and the impact they are having on one another and others.

Prayer Requests:

Pray for the opportunities this week that students will have to share the gospel, an opportune time with Christmas being here next week.

Pray that we can end the year strong financially. Please remember Collision in your year-end giving. Click here to give securely online.

In Christ,
