From tonight's talk, the second part of "Who Am I?" “ A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.” This quote is the trip to me. The van ride represents the single step in the thousand-mile journey that is our entire mission trip. I was quiet the first year, but as the trip progressed, I really opened up and became a better listener. The past two years are incomparable, but both experiences of a lifetime. I feel like there is nothing left to gain, but the satisfaction of giving the first and second year missionaries their own experience of a lifetime. We have this opportunity to enjoy every second of the trip. This is the best week and it can really change you! Embrace it!
