DHHS Commissioner Toumpas abandons Behavioral Health Prepaid Ambulatory Health plan to restructure
The Commissioner sent this letter to stakeholders announcing his decision to stop work on the PAHP – Prepaid Ambulatory Health Project and instead fold behavioral health Medicaid restructuring into the SB 147 Medicaid Managed Care process.
