Hello Peterson Families!
This is Mrs.
Crissman. STAR testing will continue this week. Some classes still have several
sections to complete and others have only a day or two. If your child has been
absent at any time during testing, the missed test section will need to be made
up prior to this Friday. Remember to arrive at school on time.
Please check
with your child regarding their lunch account. Many children have depleted
their account and have a zero balance and need a deposit. If you give your
child money on a daily basis, please be sure they leave home with lunch money.
Another
fun year of reading in Whale Tales is coming to a close. Kindergarteners have 2 days left and
1st/2nd grades have 11 days left. If you are working towards earning the Ice
Cream party, remember to read and return your Whale Tales book every day. The Ice Cream party will be the first
week in June!!
The Huntington Beach City
School District has limited spaces available for preschoolers in their
fee-based Preschool Academy program which is located on 3 campuses - Eader,
Perry and Peterson. This developmentally appropriate, academic program
enriches preschoolers and was designed to transition students smoothly into the
Huntington Beach City School District Kindergarten program. Please call the
Preschool Academy office at (714) 964-8888, ext. 2033 for details and
information about registering for Fall enrollment."T
Tickets for TK Burger meals at Family Dinner Night “PARTY IN THE
USA AT PETERSON” are still
available! Please order your tickets today! Remember, this event is
Friday, May 14th from 5:00 to 8:00pm. If you need any
