It's been a while since you received an email from Amplifi Radio - we're still here and hope to bring new shows coming in the Autumn!
Amplifi Workshops
In two sessions of 2 1/2 hours each a recent workshop here in Ireland gave an opportunity for some young people to experience radio broadcasting. In the session we covered working together as a team and how to produce a show. As part of the workshop the young people broadcast live for two hours on Amplifi Radio.

Broadcasting: Start an Amplifi Radio club!
Radio is a great way to engage your group in discussion, creating interaction and encouraging team work. Starting a broadcast club as part of your weekly youth club is a reality. Amplifi Radio will provide the training and support needed:

Teamworking & making a programme for your listeners.

Researching & Reporting for your programme.

Recording & Editing sound files.

Live broadcasting around the world for one or two hours.

Follow-up with a weekly show scheduled on Amplifi Radio.

It wont cost you the earth and you could be broadcasting for as little as €1 per month per person (Amplifi Radio membership fee) plus a one-off training charge. Of course you may need to get equipment however you may be surprised to learn you already have what you need to get started!

Coming in the Autumn new shows from young people in Ireland, including Green Room and a talk & music discussion show. Keep an eye out on the website for details. Full details will be released on our tweets and facebook page and the website.

Listenership
To listen to Amplifi Radio is really easy just go to the website or look us up under iTunes®. The latest listening figures for the last three months are over 2000 unique listeners between May and August this year. Listeners from UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Germany, Finland, Columba, Brazil, Australia, Japan, Denmark.
Transport & future...
