Throw Off the Yoke
September 13, 2017
 Eric msg 1
       message forgiveness

Oxen are yoked together to pull a cart.
Dogs are tethered together to pull a sled.
Given a choice, they wouldn't do these things.
Now is a good time to ask yourself
what you are tethered to
that isn't of your choosing
and doesn't serve a Good purpose.
It may be anger, resentment, or unforgiveness,
unhealthy eating habits, or negative self talk.
Maybe you're trying to fight some battle
you don't even believe in,
or an enemy that no longer exists
anywhere except in your mind.
Throw off the yokes of hatred,
bitterness, and cynicism.
Strengthen your connection
to your Higher Self
and you will find a Freedom
beyond any conception of your material mind.
