Confession Is Good for the Soul
February 16, 2017
 Eric msg 1
       message God loves you 2

When a hospital makes a mistake,
the thing mistreated patients want the most
(even more than money)
is an apology.
There is healing power
in admitting your misdeeds.
Maturity requires that you take responsibility
for your choices,
and do all you can to make things right.
Keeping secrets is exhausting.
That’s why confession helps bring you back
to your essential connection with Spirit.

Tell someone what you’ve done
and get that burden of self-condemnation
off your back.

Be brave. Set yourself free.
