We have recently launched a new website at geyservillechamber.com. Though it looks a little different, payments for dues and dinner reservations can still be made on the site. Dinner reservations now appear under Events, then Member Dinners. Look for the current month and year.

Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast This Sunday! Don't Miss It!

Sunday, April 8th
8:00 am to 11:00 am
Oriental
Community Hall
$10 Adults
$5 Kids (12 & Under)

Breakfast includes biscuits with sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit, and coffee, tea, or orange juice.

Adult beverages will be available for an additional charge.  Enjoy a Mimosa, Gin Fizz, or Bloody Mary with your breakfast!  Bid on Silent Auction items and visit with friends. Funds raised go towards building maintenance and improvements.  

Tickets are available at Geyserville Coffee Company, from any Grange or OCH member, and at the door. Thank you for your support.

Pine Flat "Quicksilver" History Walk

Learn about the Pine Flat boom town of the mid 1870s and some of the local personalities involved in its history.  Joe will have copies of his book available if you would like to purchase one.  It is a wonderful and humorous look at local history, and a great read!

Geyserville Town Meeting & Geyserville Planning Committee Election

Geys Planning_2018_Annual-Meeting-FlyerJPGThe annual Geyserville Town Meeting and election of Geyserville Planning Committee (GPC) members will be:

Tuesday, April, 24th
at Geyserville New Tech Academy
Registration at 6:45 pm 
Meeting at 7:00 to 9:00 pm

The community will hear updates from Geyserville Fire Protection District, the Sonoma County Sheriff, California American Water, 4th District Supervisor James Gore and the GPC followed by an open discussion. 

There will be an election of new GPC members. Committee Members serve 2 year terms. Currently serving as your Geyserville Planning Committee are David Luebkeman, Paul Connors, Daisy Damskey, Ryan Petersen, and Hal Hinkle. 

For the 2018 year there are four vacancies. 2018 current candidates are Ryan Petersen, and Hal Hinkle. Two additional positions are open. Candidates may be nominated and written in on the ballot at this meeting. Only residents present at this meeting may vote. 

There will also be a Geyserville Planning Committee work session meeting at the Geyserville Fire Station on Tuesday, April 17th, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. For more info or to print flyer, visit the links below:


Bookmobile in Geyserville 

Bookmobile2The Bookmobile will be in Geyserville this month. Look for them across from the Park & Ride Plaza.

5:00 pm to 6:30 pm Geyserville Avenue Across from the Park & Ride lot

For the Younger Generation:  Healdsburg Museum Seeks Student Essays

Museum_Essay WinnersCalling all 2nd through 8th Graders in Geyserville, Healdsburg, and Windsor!  The Healdsburg Museum is seeking entries for their annual Essay Contest.  

Students should interview a grandparent, or older relative, and write about an experience or event in their family's past.

Deadline for submissions is Friday, April 6th,
at 4:00 pm.  

For more information contact the museum at 707-431-3325, or visit the museum at 221 Matheson Street. The museum is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 am
to 4:00 pm.

Certificates and prizes will be awarded at a special ceremony at the Museum.
