November Monthly Member Dinner

In case you missed October there are a few new things for our members to note... Due to rising costs, the price of reservations will be increased to $26 per person. The non-profit acting as our guest chefs for the month will receive $15 for each reservation sold, and the remaining portion goes to cover hall rental, insurance, and wine expenses for each dinner. Also the bar will open promptly at 6:30--no sooner! We do not want to lose our ABC license. Doors to the hall will open at 6:00, but we ask you to be courteous of those setting up and preparing your dinner if you arrive before 6:15.


OCTOBER MONTHLY MEMBER DINNER
 $26.00  per Person

Tickets go on sale the 25th of each month and usually sell out quickly, so please reserve your spot soon*.

 

Social Hour: 6:30 to 7:00 pm

NO BAR SERVICE until 6:30~Plan to arrive between 6:15-7:00

Dinner: 7:15 pm

Members are welcome to join us just for the Social Gathering before dinner without staying to dine

Mixed Green Salad
Herb Roasted Loin of Pork with Pan Gravy

Dressing with Italian Sausage and Apples
Baked Butternut Squash
with Brown Sugar Butter Glaze

Pumpkin Pie Cake

As always, bread/rolls, butter ,and coffee will be served. 


Dinner will Feature Wines from 

Preston of Dry Creek 

We encourage you to bring your own wine glass, or you can purchase one of the Geyserville Chamber's new tote bags with 2 logo glasses for $15.

*No reservations will be held without payment. All refundable cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance. Those on the waiting list get preference for

next month's dinner meeting.

Fall Colors is Here!

FALL COLORS FESTIVAL & VINTAGE CAR SHOW

Don't miss out on the Pancake Breakfast at the firehouse from 8 to 11.  The Craft Vendors will be ready to show their wares by 10am, and you can pick up your ballot to vote for your favorite cars at the Kiwanis booth in the Park & Ride lot.  Fun for the whole family, and food booths and silent auction that will help support our local schools and local non-profits.

Also, don't miss the Geyserville Boosters "Garage Sale" in the old Lampson Tractor building.  Proceeds from the sale will help support school sports. Call Leila McPhee at 888-9484 for more info or to find out about donating items to the sale.

Bookmobile
FREE BOOKMOBILE AT FALL COLORS!  
In addition to the normal Fall Colors and activities, and the Booster Garage Sale, you can visit the Sonoma County Free Bookmobile on Fall Colors Sunday.  They will be across from the firehouse from 8am to Noon.

TOM GRIMES, COMMANDER OF AMERICAN LEGION 

Tom is the current Commander of Healdsburg American Legion Sotoyome Post 111.  He is a Navy Veteran with 22 years of service and served on a medical ship during the Vietnam war.  He will share some of his experiences, as well the new Hometown Hero's banner program for Healdsburg and Geyserville.

We would like to remind dinner patrons that we will not not begin bar service before 6:30. Doors will open for dinner attendees by 6:15. Please allow bar and kitchen workers to get ready by not arriving earlier, and not approaching the bar for drinks until 6:30.


For this month's dinner  our wine steward, Erik Overholt, has arranged to feature red and white wines from our friends at Preston on the dinner table.  Please enjoy responsibly.
