MicroAid
Green Projects is one of the regular agenda of MicroAid that organized to give
support to agricultural activities and small-scale plantations as well as
environmentally friendly activities proposed by the poor families with the
Community Facilitation Partners. This event runs from 1 April until 30 April
2010.
MicroAid
Green Projects 2010 this time proposed by the four family groups in 3
countries, Indonesia, India and Bangladesh. MicroAid invites you to participate
in providing support to families to learn to care for the environment, greening
their environment and improve the quality of rice.

Learn to
make a small nursery at home

description: Five
women in Sirugappatti village, a remote village near Karaikudi in Tamil Nadu,
India want to learn about how to make small nursery at home. They all are a
labor in the village nursery. The present income is not enough for her family
with fulfillment of basic needs. They have planned to get a practical training
on quality seed identification, processing and germination and to start a micro
nursery in the home yard to raise more income for her family.
