2013 CCRW Youth Scholarship Winners!

The CCRW Youth Scholarship was created to assist students with disabilities in their pursuit for post-secondary education and training. In 2013, CCRW offered seven (7) scholarships in the amount of $2,500 each for Canadian high-school graduates with disabilities entering post-secondary education in September 2013.

The winners are:

Micaela EvansMicaela Evans from Armstrong, BC.  Micaela will be attending Simon Fraser University to work towards a Bachelor in Communications.

Chloe Gallagher

Chloe Gallagher from Burlington, ON.  Chloe will be attending McMaster University to work towards a B.Sc. in Nursing.

Connor Grant Connor Grant from North Vancouver, BC.  Connor will be attending the University of Victoria to work towards a Bachelor in Engineering.

Roa'a Hamed

Roa'a Hamed from Kitchener, ON.  Roa'a will be attending the University of Guelph to work towards a degree in Biomedical Engineering.

Malika JammulaMalika Jammula from Moncton, NB.  Malika will be attending Mount Allison University to work towards a B.Sc. to achieve her goal of becoming an Audiologist.

Jasmine Paquette

Jasmine Paquette from Morinville, AB.  Jasmine will be attending McGill University to work towards a Bachelor of Arts in International Development.

Thomas SorensenThomas Sorensen from Calgary, AB.  Thomas will be attending Carlton University to work towards a Biology.
