We ask each of you to participate in this
year’s 2010 major efforts to raise much needed funds for our third floor Comenius Library. (Comenius is Latin for Jan Amos Komensky, the Father of Education –
a great Moravian Czech ca 1592-1670).
We too
are experiencing a significant Recession which non profits are especially
feeling. We are not just asking you
for something. We are giving much in
return.
Please attend. Bring
family and friends who love great food, wine, beer, other beverages, music,
dancing, camaraderie who will participate in spirited bidding and purchasing
silent and live auctions for your/their travel to Texas destinations or abroad,
vacation local or out of state, gifts
for any occasion, collectible antiques and spirits for hospitality or gifting.

usual to all events of this nature: Food Service – 1½ hour Reception passed hors d’oeuvres and formal
Dinner $4000 - $6000 dependent on number; Wine
and drinks Reception and Dinner and two bartenders - $1000; Invitations, printing, postage - $1000+ (email will also be used); Program printing - $200 - $250; Valet Service -$550 - $600 six hours; Linens $1000 - $1200; Security $360 - $400 five hours; Music - $400 - $500; Auctioneer - $400.00; Table Flowers - $425; Favors
- $200 - $250; Staff and Volunteer time
– significant – months of weeks and everyday!; There are other smaller needs
and big ones like energy and plumbing which cost as well.

return we promise you a great evening with great people you need to know.
We will
work our heart out for you. Please join

we are making a difference. We are representing you to the world everyday.
