Dear Quail Coalition Member,
Welcome to the Quail Coalition and the 2nd Edition of the flipbook version of Quail Coalition Newsletter. Now, six months into existence the Quail Coalition is the largest quail conservation group in Texas. Cutting edge research is being funded, youngsters are being taught wise use management of the wildlife resource and leadership in the nationally acclaimed Bobwhite Brigade programs and “stir the dirt” local quail projects are ongoing as a result of QC fundraising efforts. QC is getting a lot of traction from the fact that this organization is 100% volunteer driven and that all dollars raised are committed to quail projects. Decisions regarding how QC dollars are spent are made by active volunteers who are committed to quail conservation on the grassroots level.
Our mission: "To sustain and restore huntable wild quail populations, to encourage and educate interested youth and to celebrate our quail hunting heritage in this region."
