Whose Beef Will Be Judged Best This Year?
Saturday, October 20, 2012
At PASA’s 4th 100% Grass-fed Beef Cook Off (BCO), a panel of top
chefs, food writers, and industry professionals will sit down to the
serious matter of selecting the best grass-fed beef!
First held in 2008, the BCO brings chefs and farmers together to experience quality
grass-fed beef. A beef butchery workshop (pictured above) was a component of the BCO in 2010.
Admission is free, no reservations required!
Visitors are welcome to tour Wyebrook Farm from 11am - 6pm Saturday,
and are encouraged to attend the BCO Awards Ceremony at 2pm.
