|KaBoom Playscape Grants
||Community construction grants. Dr Pepper Snapple & KaBOOM! have teamed up to offer $15,000 grants to be used toward the purchase of playground equipment. Playgrounds must be assembled and installed using the KaBOOM! community-build model.
||We anticipate awarding the first round of 2017 Let's Play Community Construction grants in Summer 2017.
|Clinton County Community Development Association - Fund A
||Funds allocated to Fund A shall be awarded with the goal of accomplishing economic, civic or community development within Clinton County, Iowa, to improve the area economy, and to create and retain employment opportunities. Projects over $150,000. 50% match to total cost.
|Community Attraction and Tourism (CAT)
||The Community Attraction and Tourism (CAT) program was created to assist projects that will provide recreational, cultural, entertainment and educational attractions. Projects must be available to the general public for public use and be primarily vertical infrastructure.
||Mission: To promote charitable, educational and health related activities and to especially provide such opportunities for children and families in the Eastern Iowa area. The Foundation offers support to local non-profit organizations that provide educational opportunities, human and social services, and health care for children and their families. Must be 501c3 to apply

|State Historical Society of Iowa - Country School Grant Program
||Provides up to $5,000 per applicant for the preservation and maintenance of Iowa’s one and two-room country schools. The funds may also be used for interpreting the history of country schools or for educational activities taking place in a country school.
|State Historical Society of Iowa - HISTORICAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
||Examples of projects in the Historic Preservation category are: - Acquire, develop or preserve real property listed on the National Register of Historic Places; - Purchase equipment to rehabilitate a property listed on the National Register of Historic Places; - Survey historic and prehistoric sites; - Nominate properties to the National Register of Historic Places; - Interpret historic properties and sites; - Educate the public; train staff; or hire consultants who are experts on historic preservation.

||Funding for trail grooming, trail maintenance, equipment, operation and maintenance of snowmobile trial groomers and insurance.

|Women's Giving Circle
||Non-profit organizations serving Greater Dubuque are invited to complete an application requesting the treasure, time and talents of Circle members. Grants are awarded to organizations which provide a service to individuals that creates a bridge to self-sufficiency and/or significantly addresses barriers to opportunity.
|Iowa Great Places - Designation
||Iowa neighborhoods, districts, communities and regions are awarded Iowa Great Places designation as a point of civic pride. Designation may be used in signage and marketing material to promote the area. Newly designated Iowa Great Places are added to the Iowa Great Places network on an annual basis through a competitive application process. Once designated, networking, professional development and technical assistance will be provided to the community by the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs.
|Iowa Arts Council
||Apply for funding to support the creation and presentation of new artwork, development of an arts experience or formation of an arts education program. Types of eligible projects include
exhibitions, expositions, fairs, festivals and community events or activities dedicated to the arts. All project activities must have a clear
beginning and end date within the eligible funding period.Minimum Grant Request: $1,000; Maximum Grant Request: $10,000; 1:1 match. May deadline is for arts projects taking place July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018.

Fund - Fields for Kids
|The purpose of this program is to improve baseball and/or softball facilities for youth in the Upper Midwest and southwest Florida by supporting the renovation or construction of fields primarily used by youth.
|Dollar General Youth Literacy Grant
||Youth Literacy Grants provide funding to schools, public libraries, and nonprofit organizations to help students who are below grade level or experiencing difficulty reading. Grant funding is provided to assist in the following areas: Implementing new or expanding existing literacy programs: Purchasing new technology or equipment to support literacy initiatives; Purchasing books, materials or software for literacy programs. Max grant amount = $4,000.
|Trees Forever—Black Hills - Power of Trees
||Trees can be planted on either public or private property through this program. Past projects funded have included schools, parks, nursing homes, street trees, residential plantings and replacement of storm-damaged trees.
