It is now possible to rapidly scale your reaction from method development to production using very little raw material and without changing your process parameters!With a need to decrease costs across the chemical sector in order to increase profitability, continuous flow reactor technology is an emerging area that has the potential to bridge all aspects of a synthetic process. Through the development of a scalable flow technology platform, we can offer researchers at all stages of chemical R&D the opportunity to harness the proven advantages of flow reactor technology; whereby Labtrix® micro reactors are used for mg method development and KiloFlow® meso reactors for rapid process scaling.
Using the Fourth Bourne and Knoevenagel Condensation reactions, Application Note 15 illustrates the successful scaling of processes from micro to meso reaction channels without parameter re-optimization.

CHEMTRIX LAUNCHES FLOW CHEMISTRY LABORATORY IN THE USA
We are proud to announce the opening of our new Flow Chemistry laboratory in the U.S., where all Chemtrix products, including the Labtrix® Start / Labtrix S1 (for R&D scale reaction scouting and method development) and KiloFlow® (for production), are installed and ready for use.
