Learn more about health and social service agencies in the Bedford-Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn at an upcoming HITE Community Connections forum. Information and Referral (I&R) professionals will meet alongside a variety of provider agencies in the community to:

• Share information and strengthen linkages with other providers
• Learn about new local programs and resources
• Discuss I&R practices and challenges
• Strengthen the continuum of care for children and families in need

HITE is available to social service and health care professionals who provide low-income and uninsured New Yorkers with referrals to community-based care in the five boroughs of NYC and Long Island.
