ATTENDANCE AND REGISTRATION POLICY

The policy for musicians performing with IAWM member proposers is that they may attend the Congress as guests, paying the guest registration if they attend Congress events. If not, they simply come and play for the event for which they are scheduled. We do hope, of course, that they will consider attending the Congress!

For those IAWM members whose proposals were accepted:
  • These members must pay full registration for the Congress.
  • Their guest artists may register for the Congress at the IAWM guest registration fee.
  • Their guest artists may decide to participate only in the event for which the proposal was accepted. They may not attend any other events without registering for the entire Congress.
  • Spouses and/or guests may register for the accompanying guest fee.
For non-IAWM member composers whose works have been programmed during the Congress:

  • They are encouraged to join IAWM, but they are not required to do so.
  • They may register for the Congress at the IAWM membership registration fee.
  • Spouses and/or guests may register for the accompanying guest fee.
