Learn how you can make the best choices in to-go ware - for your pocketbook AND for the environment
Join your industry peers and invite your staff to learn about the most affordable green products in to-go ware, and discuss the challenges and barriers restaurants face when trying to phase out Styro-foam and #6 plastic.
The workshop will feature Jean Ponzi, from the EarthWays Center of the Missouri Botanical Garden, presenting the environmental and human health impact of plastic and "Styro-foam" disposables.
Attendees will walk away with:

A better understanding of plastics and how they affect public health
