Canal Alliance conducted a series of surveys designed to identify specific needs that each of our Youth Scholarship Program families may have.
The following is data collected from the 80 students we serve and their families:
Students & Families: 47% Live in a single parent household. 48% Foreign Born. 57% Of foreign born students were separated from parents by migration. 98% Qualify for free/reduced lunch. 96% Rent.
With this information we can now tailor the services we provide to each family.
