Warm Up Your Thoughts!

tentI have been known to complain loudly about stores setting out holiday and seasonal items earlier and earlier every year. Just last week I was searching hopelessly all over Newark for kid sized winter gloves after searching hopelessly all over my house. This week I find myself on the other side of that fence, because while stores are inundated with chocolate bunnies, I am one upping them by shopping for summer camp. There are many great options available for summer camp, and they are registering campers right now. Whatever your kid is into, there is a camp for that. I found day camps and overnight camps, traditional nature themed camps, but also camps for music, art, theater, science, engineering, and every sport I could think of. Many even offer reduced rates or scholarships for kids that would not otherwise be able to afford their programs. Here is a round-up of the usual suspects and also some you might not know about. I am sure this list is not complete by a long shot, so if you know a great one I missed, send it to me and I will publish it next month!  This list will also be available on our website.
