PTSA/EAFAF Faculty Grants Committee. We are looking for additional volunteers to join the PTSA/EAFAF Faculty Grants Committee. The committee reviews and funds faculty grant applications. Our work is engaging and will give you an opportunity to learn about many programs that take place all over East High School. It would involve two committee meetings, email communication and possibly phone contact with East staff. The work will begin in December and should be complete by February. If you are interested or want more information contact Megan McQuinn at megan_mcquinn@dpsk12.org.
East Arts Showcase. Volunteers are needed to help with an inaugural event to showcase visual arts, music and drama at East. We are forming a committee to develop the event and need your help! Please email eastangelsptsa@gmail.com if you are interested in helping develop this community event to showcase East’s fantastic arts departments.
East Teacher Appreciation Committee. The East Teacher Appreciation Committee (ETAC) provides food and treats to our East teachers and staff at various times throughout the school year. ETAC is looking to extend our list of families who would like to help provide these goodies. Please send your name and email address to eclmmwoody@aol.com and we will add you to our list. We will notify you when there is a request. This is a great way to volunteer and the teachers love this special attention.
Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities. PTSA can’t be successful without its volunteers. We have many opportunities to become involved, a little, or a lot, at East. Please visit Volunteer Spot and sign up today!
