A NOTE FROM STUDENT COUNCIL
Dear Parents,
On behalf of Student Council, I would like to send out a big thank you to everyone for the help and support you gave us on our new Homecoming endeavor. On the whole we felt like things went pretty well for our first try. We have already discussed the possible changes we can make to improve on the plan. As for the dance, we sold more tickets than ever before. The official tally should be complete by the end of this week, however, we sold tickets to approximately 1600 students.
Council realizes that we could not do the things we do without your support. Although parking lot patrol can be dull we appreciate your presence. This is our 5th year of parking lot patrols and all concerned feel like it has made a significant difference in the choices students make. For those of you that braved the dance, another thank you! Hopefully your ears have stopped ringing and your student was not scarred by your attendance. :)
All you do for East High School is greatly appreciated.
