It’s time to send some love to women in the Congo! You've seen the news and read the stories of the terrible war and devastation in the DRC. Now it’s time to make a difference. This Valentine’s Day, we are gathering in solidarity with Congolese women to inspire hope and improve lives.

By joining us for a beautiful evening of fine food, drinks and amazing company you will be contributing to our partners in the Congo who work hard every day to change the lives of women who have been victims of violence.

In partnership with HEAL Africa, we operate several safe houses where women can come to rebuild their lives and find community. At these houses, they are able to learn different trades like sewing, basket weaving, or bread making.  We also offer these women micro loans that can be used to start a business and become self-sufficient.
Numerous women have joined our programs and changed their lives for the better. Help us to continue offering these oases of hope to women who have lost everything.

We will also be showcasing beautiful images from our founder and executive director Alissa Everett. Her images have been published in leading magazines around the world  and she was recently featured in O Magazine as a woman who has followed her passion to great success.
